We collect only what we need to run the service:
We use your information to provide the workflows and reports you ask for, to support you, to keep the service secure and reliable, to reply to your messages, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Your content is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's. Semantyr's analysis is done by a mathematical model. A language model sees the measured results at the final step, to put them into plain English. We mainly use Google's Gemini models, configured so that your content is not retained by the model provider. Customers on a Custom plan can use a private model of their own. Semantyr does not offer open prompting.
Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. It is encrypted, access is controlled, and each customer workspace is isolated from every other. Regional hosting, for example in Europe, is available on Custom plans. Read more on our Trust & Security page.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Semantyr, such as hosting, email, scheduling and payment providers, under agreements that protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply. We never share one customer's content with another.
We keep your account information and content while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will confirm the timeline when you do. We may keep limited records where the law requires it.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR. We use cookies that are needed for the site and the platform to work. Where the law requires your consent, we ask before using any cookie for analytics.
Cloud infrastructure can process data in more than one country. Where we move personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards.
Semantyr is for professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
If we make a material change, we will update the date above and tell account holders.
