These terms apply when you use the Semantyr website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Semantyr is for professional use. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may agree to these terms for it.
Semantyr provides patent analysis workflows and reports. Workflows marked early access are provided to a limited group to be refined with feedback. They may change, be limited or be withdrawn. Workflows marked in development are not yet available.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Subscription prices are per user, so each person using the platform needs their own account. Do not share logins.
Our plans and prices are published on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are charged per user, monthly or yearly, with no cap on the number of users. Services are charged per project. Prices exclude taxes. Taxes are charged at actuals where applicable, for example for customers in India. We will give notice before changing the price of an active plan.

You own the content you upload and the reports created from it. You give us a limited right to process your content only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload it. We do not use your content to train any model, and we keep your workspace isolated from other customers.
Semantyr produces analysis to support professionals. It is not legal advice. Risk Analysis is a screening aid, not a legal opinion or clearance. Prosecution Analysis and Patent QC make recommendations, and the attorney decides. Results depend on the data you provide and may be incomplete. Please have a qualified professional review anything you rely on.
Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break or bypass its security, uploading unlawful content or content you have no right to use, reselling access without our written agreement, or using the service to build a competing product.
Semantyr, its software, design and methods belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own it. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service.
We treat your content as confidential and protect it as described on our Trust & Security page and in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Early access workflows may be less stable.
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty beyond those in these terms, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Semantyr at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. On ending, your right to use the service stops, and we handle your content as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. If a change is material, we will tell account holders. Questions can be sent to ask@semantyr.com.
